Town of Dover Police Department
For immediate release:
DOVER, MA – On Saturday November 23rd, 2013 Dover Police and Fire responded to a motor vehicle rollover crash in the area of #305 Dedham Street in the Town of Dover. The crash involved 2 vehicles, the first vehicle was travelling eastbound towards Needham when it veered off the road and struck the embankment. After colliding with the embankment the vehicle became airborne and struck a second vehicle.
The operator of the first vehicle, Ms. Mary Law from Dover, was ejected from her vehicle during the crash. She was conscious with injuries. Ms. Law was transported to the Beth Israel Hospital Boston by Needham Fire Paramedics.
The operator of the second vehicle, Ms. Barbara Tierney from Needham, was transported to the Beth Israel Hospital Needham for evaluation and treatment. A passenger in the second vehicle did not report any injuries at the time of the crash.
